The American Minister at Windor Castle.

--Mr. Dallas, our Minister, as has been stated, has been invited, with Mrs. Dallas, to spend a few days at Windsor. The Queen received him most graciously, and constantly displayed in her conversation with him the highest appreciation of the manner in which the Prince of Wales has been received in the States. She was exceedingly courteous, and devoted herself with zeal to the entertainment of her guests, walking with Mrs. Dallas in the castle grounds, and driving them about in the park. She has received great pleasure from the kindly feeling displayed towards the Prince in America, and she testifies it by this act of friendly politeness; for it is not customary for any who are not personally intimate with some member of the Royal family to be invited to Windsor, and since Mr. Stevenson was here, twenty years ago, this privilege has never been extended to any American Minister.
