The London Times on Lincoln's Message.

New York, July 29.
--The London Times, (brought by the Africa,) says that President Lincoln's Message confirms the impression that his Inaugural produced, and that was that after an infinite loss of life and humiliation on the part of the North, the result will be the recognition of the independence of the Southern Confederacy.
