Shipments of tobacco.

--We have learned that 150 hhds. of tobacco were shipped from Richmond to City Point during the month of August, to be forwarded to some point on the coast, and thence to England. The general understanding of an existing arrangement against any such shipments during the period of the blockade, was probably erroneous.
