To the voters of the seventh Congressional District

--Composed of the counties of Campbell, Amherst, Nelson, Albemarle, Fluvanna and Buckingham.--At the solicitation of a number of gentlemen of different parties throughout the District, I announce my self a candidate to represent you in the first Congress of the Confederate States, under their permanent Constitution. I will take an early opportunity to address the people at their respective Court-Houses.
