Affairs in Missouri.
Memphis, Dec. 4.
--A special dispatch from Jefferson City to the St. Louis Democrat dated Nov. 29th, says that Gen. McCulloch is moving with a large force to that place.
A special dispatch from Rolla, under date of Nov. 28th, and published in the St. Louis Republican, of the 29th, says that Gen. McCulloch regards the retrograde movement of the Federal army as an attempt to get in his rear.
Gen. McCulloch is encamped at Springfield with a force of 4,000. Gen. Raines left Sarcoxie on the 25th Nov., to join McCulloch, with a force of 7,000. Gen. Price left Pineville on the 25th Nov. The balance of the Confederate army is marching northward to join McCulloch.
Gen. Raines has destroyed everything in his route to prevent the Federals from getting in and annoying his rear.
