--We learn from reliable source that Mr. Robert Jamieson, of Alexandria, Va., has been called to his rest. He died at his residence in that city, about two weeks since, aged 67 years. The removal of this excellent man and Christian brother, is a severe bereavement to his family and numerous friends, and also the Church which he had served as Ruling Elder for more than thirty years. His memorials in works of beneficence survive, and will not be soon forgotten by those who knew his moral worth.-- Christian Observer.
