The seventh "On to Vicksburg."

--By the letter of the Vicksburg correspondent of the Mobile Register, we see that the Abolitionists are about to and another to the list of their failures to capture Vicksburg. The first was the direct attack from above and below last summer; the second the Chickasaw bayon enterprise of December last; the third the canal project; the fourth the Yazoo Pass project; the fifth the Lake Providence Canal Navigation and Internal Improvement project — it reads like the name of some swlindling Yankee joint stock company; the sixth the Deer Creek expedition; the seventh is to be Haines's Bluff — that is, Chickasaw bayon over again.
