--A special session of the Hustings Court was held on yesterday for the examination of Dominick Baccagalappo, charged with receiving quantity of tobacco stolen from R. R. Puryear, knowing it to have been stolen. The accused was led to the bar, whereupon, on motion of the Commonwealth's Attorney, and for good cause shown, the examination was postponed until the regular term of the Court, and the accused remanded to jail.
