The great Fair in New York.

--The New York Times, noticing the articles on exhibition at the great Sanitary Fair there, says:

‘ A "spread eagle" is among the novelties of the Methodist Church table. It was presented by Mrs. Wright, of Indiana, and is made of the hair of President Lincoln, the members of his Cabinet, and of some seventy members of Congress. The back bone is of the Presidential locks, and the beak of Secretary Chase's — typical in their positions, perhaps, of strong backs and green backs.
