Decline of Prices.

--The Ashville (N. C.) News, of the 31st March, says:

‘ The auction sales here last week showed a downward tendency in every species of property. North and South Carolina bank able brought only 3¼ to 3½ for one in Confederate money, old loan. Money is growing scarce rapidly.

’
