Arrival of the flag of truce with sick and wounded prisoners.

A flag-of-truce boat arrived at Varina yesterday morning with one thousand sick and wounded Confederate soldiers; among them over forty officers, including Brigadier-General Walker. A portion of them will arrive in the city to-day and the rest tomorrow.
