--Judge Clark and July last, the of counsel, and returned into ascertaining his term in the penitentiary at one year.-- was suspended in order to allow Clark's counsel to appeal to the Governor for his pardon. The case of Miller was postponed until Saturday; after which the court adjourned until this morning at 10 o'clock.
