Breaking a water pipe.

--William Langford, a resident of that interesting place known as the United States Hotel. was charged before the Mayor yesterday with cutting a water pipe. Several witnesses testified that he was a very bad boy, and was constantly making a fuss up stairs. He was discharged with an admonition.
