Can you give an example of a company storing and processing data without telling it in the service policies?

And you have said that ALL the behavioral data collection must be forbidden. Even if the user agrees with that?

By the way, spying is already illegal. If you know about that behavior you can sue those companies




Any ToS that contain "unexpected" or "surprising" clauses are automatically null and void under EU law. Even if the user agrees with them.


Perhaps the clauses are void, but what the OP said is that there is no information about data being collected.

This is what I´m asking, an example of one of those companies "spying"
