Any ToS that contain "unexpected" or "surprising" clauses are automatically null and void under EU law. Even if the user agrees with them.

Perhaps the clauses are void, but what the OP said is that there is no information about data being collected.
This is what I´m asking, an example of one of those companies "spying"
