Right of Secession.

Among the many questions which will have to be settled before the Union can be reconstructed, is one which has been developed by the present conflict,--the Right of Secession. The Southern States are as unanimous in their conviction of this right under the Constitution, as the Northern States are in their opposition to it. The right must be recognized before there can be any Union again, except that between the oppressors and the oppressed.
