Supreme Court of appeals.

--On the 18th inst., upon the petition of Richard Irwin, an appeal was allowed him from a decree pronounced by the Circuit Court of Henrico, on the 6th of November, 1860, to a suit in which said Irwin was plaintiff, and the Black Heth Company of Colliers and others were defendants. On the same day was finally heard the case of A. B. Hutcheson, Sheriff of Henrico, and as such Administrator of M. Jones vs. Charles F. Cuborne and others, on appeal from a decree of Richmond Circuit Court. --The decision will be rendered hereafter.
