The cotton and tobacco planters at present in Richmond, who include some of the most extensive raisers of those staples in the South, will hold a meeting to-night at the City Hall, to cobalt upon the propriety of destroying the crops in preference to allowing them to go into the possession of the Yankee invaders, The notice appears in our columns to-day.
