Hustings Court, Judge Lyons.

--Yesterday but little business was done in this Court. Richard Henry Johnson, a conscript, applied through E. Y. Cannon, his attorney, for a writ of habeas corpus, which was awarded, praying to be discharged from custody as a soldier. On hearing the application, by arguments of counsel, &c., the Judge refused to grant the prayer of the petitioner, and remanded him to the custody of Gen. Jno. H. Winder, commanding the Department of Henrico.

Several criminals will be tried to-day.
