Dismissed.

--The charge against Catharine Sullivan, for trespassing on Edwin Poindexter's premises, was dismissed by the Mayor yesterday morning, it appearing that Mr. Poindexter's object was more for the purpose of ejecting from his house a tenant than because of her interruption of the public peace.

Henry Franklin was also dismissed from the charge of drunken and disorderly conduct, it appearing that this was his first offence, and he promising that it should be his last.
